TAGEM R&D Support Project Opening Meeting was held on 20.04.2022

Within the scope of the TAGEM R&D Support Program project titled “Investigation of the Effectiveness of Hypochlorous Acid in Reducing Losses in Fresh Fruits and Vegetables from Harvest to Consumer”, the opening meeting was held at SBU DETUAM Validebağ Research Park with the participation and contributions of DETUAM, TAGEM, Maltepe University, Istanbul Food Control Laboratory Directorate, Adana Biological Control Research Institute Directorate, Alata Horticultural Research Institute Directorate, CarrefourSA, DİMES, MİGROS, MRT Consultancy and Food Safety Association officials.
