Prof. Dr. Arif Mermer, a researcher at the University of Health Sciences Experimental Medicine Research and Application Center (DETUAM), with Prof. Dr. Erkan T\u00fcrker Baran serving as a researcher, has been awarded funding.<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of this university-industry collaboration project, it is aimed to develop novel MMP-2 inhibitor drug candidates for the treatment of myocardial infarction by utilizing artificial intelligence-supported modeling, computational drug design, and molecular simulation methods.
