Device Description
Covaris ME220 is an ultrasonicator used for tissue lysis and shearing in applications such as mammalian, bacterial, and yeast lysis; cfDNA isolation from plasma; DNA extraction from dried blood; DNA/RNA/chromatin shearing; and DNA/RNA/total NA/protein extraction from FFPE tissue.
