Nanomedicine and Biosensor Design Laboratory

General Information

In the Nanomedicine and Biosensor Design Laboratory, the manipulation of drug carriers synthesized by considering human immunology and drug ADME processes and the application areas of these smart particles in biosensor technologies are investigated. The R&D processes of sensors supported with guided carriers in both mammalian cells and microbial organisms are followed in the relevant laboratory.

Applications

  • Guided particles prepared by considering the basic principles of nanomedicine can be synthesized.
  • In the design of biosensors with optical, chemical or genetic transduction systems, the recognition layer design can be made with physical and chemical modifications.
  • Biosensor designs are being studied to detect morphological and chemical changes at the cell level
