Natural Product Purification Laboratory
Natural Product Purification Laboratory has the necessary equipment to obtain extracts from natural products, especially plants. There are solvent-free microwave extraction system, ultrasound extraction system, soxhlet extraction systems in our laboratory. In our laboratory, powdered plant extracts can be produced with spray dryer and freze dryer devices. In addition, secondary metabolites are isolated by flash chromatography and recycling preparative HPLC.
Qualitative and quantitative metabolite analyzes are performed with GC-MS, HR-LC-MS and analytical HPLC instruments in our laboratory.
