Single Crystal XRD Device

Single crystal XRD Device

XtaLAB Synergy-S Device

Device Description

X-ray diffraction technique can be used to determine the three-dimensional structures that result when chemical or biological substances are grown as single crystals. The technique provides accurate and precise measurements of molecular size that no other method can come close to, and is the only method to pinpoint absolute structure.

  • High X-ray welding flux and increased goniometer speed for fast and dynamic experiments
  • Two telescopic theta arms to achieve both longer and shorter crystal-to-detector distances
  • Enhanced kappa goniometer with symmetrical 2θ positioning
  • Improved X-ray optical alignment mechanism for easy maintenance
  • Cabinet for advanced workflow
  • Electronically controlled crystal and cabinet lighting
  • Crystal structure determination
  • Molecular structure and geometry
  • Absolute structure and configuration
  • Single crystal diffraction
  • Powder diffraction
  • Environmental and non-environmental conditions
  • Replacement parameters
  • Charge density
  • Intermolecular interactions
  • Structure correlation
