- 16.5:1 zoom ratio with a magnification range of 7.3x–120x (1x objective, 10x eyepieces)
- Resolution up to 453 lp/mm (1x objective, 10x eyepieces)
- Coded functions: zoom, four-position fluorescence filter turret, iris diaphragm, and objective nosepiece
- LED5000 RL-80/40 for 80 mm diameter objectives (ring light)
- Three-color LED (ROW) fluorescence light source for stereo microscopes: 365 nm, 470 nm, 530 nm
- Developmental biology studies
- Fluorescence imaging procedures conducted with model organisms such as Drosophila, C. elegans, and zebrafish
- Enables detailed observation during experimental interventions to be performed on these organisms
