Optical Tensiometer System

Biolin Scientific Attension ThetaLite Optical Tensiometer System Contact Angle Measurement Device
Device Description
Analyses such as surface tension, interfacial tension, contact angle, and surface roughness provide information about material properties such as wettability, absorption, surface free energy, adsorption, spreading, cleanliness, surface heterogeneity, and interfacial rheology. Understanding these properties is important in the development of treated surfaces and technical solvents, determining coating quality, and quality control of solid surfaces and liquids.
