Raman Spectroscope

InVia Qontor Raman Microscope
Renishaw
Device Description
A spectroscopic device for determining the vibrational modes of molecules.
- The high-performance micro-Raman system allows analysis in the ultraviolet (UV), visible and near infrared (NIR) region with high spectral and spatial resolution.
- The microscope has 5x, 20x, 50x and 100x lenses, as well as a long-range 20x and 50x objective and a 63x water immersion lens.
- With its advanced spectral scanning range capability, high spectral resolution in the range of -1000cm-1 – 4000cm-1 can be achieved at once.
- A motorized table with encoder control is available for XYZ axis control. The table can be controlled manually or automatically with the joystick or software that comes with the system. Automatic scattering, line, area mapping, confocal depth profiling can be done with this motorized table.
- It is capable of high-speed scanning of raman images
- Protein/Peptide Structure Analysis, Microbiology, Drug Delivery Systems Monitoring (in vivo and in vitro), Virology, Cancer Research/Pathology, Regenerative Medicine, Aging and Neurodegenerative Diseases, Lipidomics and Metabolomics, Molecular biological studies in living cells.
- Carbon, 2D Materials and Nanotechnology, Semiconductors, Catalytic Reaction Studies.
- Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Polymers. Geology, Gemology, Forensics, Art and Heritage Studies
