Single Crystal XRD Device

Single-Crystal XRD Device

XtaLAB Synergy-S Device

Device Description

When chemical or biological substances are grown as single crystals, the X-ray diffraction technique can be used to determine their resulting three-dimensional structures. The technique provides accurate and precise molecular dimension measurements in a way that no other method can approach, and it is the only method for definitively determining the absolute structure.
