General Information

Scientific evaluation of foods in terms of health and nutrition, production of food composition data, evaluation of the effects of food processing techniques on nutritional properties of foods are carried out.

Applications

  • Homogenization of foods can be made before analysis.
  • It is possible to mix the foods at the desired temperature before and during the analysis.
  • Controlled heating of foods and cell culture incubation can be made.
