Chromatography Laboratory

There is a Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) in this laboratory. Qualitative and quantitative analyzes of volatile compounds are performed with this instrument. Also, with the FID detector in the instrument, quantitative analyzes of fatty acids from food and biological materials are performed. In addition, analyzes of short-chain fatty acids from biological materials are also carried out.
