General Information

In our laboratory, application experiments and instrumental analyzes are carried out, covering the process steps from the supply of food as raw material to processing as the final product.

Applications

  • Quantitative determination of the amount of fat in all kinds of foodstuffs can be made.
  • It is possible to dry the foodstuffs sensitive to temperature under vacuum.
  • Drying process of foodstuffs that are not sensitive to temperature can be made.
  • Homogeneous mixing of foods as well as making dough from foodstuffs can be performed.
  • The moisture content of foodstuffs can be determined with precision.
